Only registered and recognized 501(c)(3) public charities are eligible for a Spokeo Community Grant. Please be sure to read our eligibility requirements prior to filling out the grant application.

Should your grant request be accepted, please note that:

  • Your organization name will be listed as a Spokeo Community Subscription Grant recipient on community.spokeo.com
  • Your organization will be required to provide regular (once every other month) updates regarding your usage of the Spokeo premium subscription and how it is benefitting your cause.
  • Selected organization updates may be shared publicly on community.spokeo.com

My organization does not discriminate on any unlawful basis with regards to hiring or employment practices, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, veteran status, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, sexual orientation or any other characteristics protected by law, in the administration or provision of all programs and services.

By submitting this application, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to represent the organization for which you are applying, and agree not to use Spokeo’s name or trademark in any news release, public announcement, advertisement or other publicity, or disclose any of the terms of the Spokeo Community Grants program to any third party, without the prior written consent of Spokeo, except under subpoena duly issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, or as otherwise required by government regulation.

Spokeo Community Grants Eligibility Requirements

  • Only registered and recognized 501(c)(3) public charities are eligible for a Spokeo Community Grant.
  • At present, Spokeo Community Subscription Grants are open only to organizations based in the United States.
  • To be considered for inclusion in the Spokeo Community Subscription Grants program, an organization’s 501(c)(3) status must first be publicly updated in the IRS’ online database; copies of IRS letters are not sufficient for this requirement. You can review your organization’s current status here.
  • Determination of Spokeo Community Subscription Grant recipients shall be the sole discretion of Spokeo.
  • Spokeo will only consider grants to organizations that do not discriminate on any unlawful basis with regards to hiring or employment practices, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, veteran status, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, sexual orientation or any other characteristics protected by law, in the administration or provision of all programs and services.
  • You represent and warrant that if selected by Spokeo, your organization will not use any Spokeo product or service for the purposes of determining eligibility for volunteering, employment, credit, insurance or any other purpose subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
